Since childhood, eating healthy has been a core value instilled in me by my traditional family. I strongly believe in the phrase "We are what we eat."
This passion for nutrition deepened during my high school studies. A few years after earning my diploma, my dedication to nutrition led me to pursue a Nutrition Level A certification in London, where I also had the opportunity to study chemistry and biology.
